¿Qué es la cizalladura del viento?

Es un cambio brusco en la velocidad o dirección del viento. Es extremadamente peligroso cerca del suelo.

Código METAR

Se indica con el código WS. Ejemplo: ... WS RWY 05L.

Acción del piloto

Los pilotos están entrenados para realizar una maniobra de motor y al aire (Go-Around) si detectan cizalladura.
