Qu'est-ce que le cisaillement du vent ?

Le cisaillement du vent est un changement soudain de la vitesse ou de la direction du vent. C'est très dangereux lors du décollage et de l'atterrissage.

Code METAR

Il est indiqué par le code WS. Exemple: ... WS RWY 05L.

Actions du pilote

En cas de WS sévère, les pilotes effectuent une remise des gaz (Go-Around).
